The Professional Geriatric Care Manager receives referrals from families, especially those living at a distance from their elders, from attorneys, hospitals, physicians, trust departments or banks, conservators (guardians), community agencies, employee assistance programs, and the general public.

Services are completely voluntary and on a private-pay basis.
