CARE MANAGEMENT ON CALL Perhaps monthly monitoring isn’t in order as yet. Your mother’s health is fine, although she is the primary caregiver for your father, who is losing his sight. You and your siblings all live out of town and you’d like us to be able to step in should an emergency occur. Debra J. Sorensen & Associates Inc., can perform a brief comprehensive assessment, gather the necessary documentation and information to enable us to effectively manage any crisis and communicate with you and your family until you are able to arrive on the scene. Our expertise can prevent over- or under-treatment of any medical crisis and ensure that the care is appropriate and approved by you and your family. |
